How far do you go for your delivery area?

We are happy to deliver your flowers and gift baskets in Ladysmith or the surrounding region, from Duncan to Nanaimo. The delivery fee depends on the distance from our store:

-Ladysmith in town - $12
-Chemainus - $15
-Cedar Timberlands - $15
-Crofton - $20
-Nanaimo - $25
-Duncan - $25

How far in advance should I order?

We offer same day delivery. Although, we do love to have extra time to reserve the perfect flowers for your chosen order.

Can I pick up my purchase?

Yes, you can pick up your flowers. Arrange for a time or request a notification when your order is completed.

What type of flowers do you carry? Can I request flowers?

We have a large selection of flowers. Roses, mums, daisies, carnations, alstroemeria, and gerbera daisies are staples. We will have seasonal flowers when available and bring in exotics when requested.

How long should my flowers last?

We guarantee our florals for 5 days. Some last much longer and others are fading beauties.

Are your flowers locally sourced?

We source our flowers and greens locally as much as possible. Most of our roses are grown on Vancouver Island. Gerbera daisies, Mums, Alstroemeria, Tulips, Daffodils and more are grown in the lower mainland.

Do you have add-ons?

Yes, we carry Roger’s Chocolates. Made in Victoria, B.C. and have a large supply of adorable plush animals.

What should I do if my flowers come damaged or wilted?

Call us directly as soon as possible. We will gladly replace your flowers.
